Ramin Carell has been in business his whole life, and his experience covers our entire proposition, including business financial strategies, leadership facilitation and innovation strategy development.
Ramin achieved success with various companies across many different industries in Stockholm such as hospitality, food, health and wellness, before moving to Estepona in 2022. One of those companies he previously ran was an IT business for 8 years.
For the past 15 years, Ramin has been dedicated to self-development, investing significantly in education and training from the schools of thought by Bob Proctor, Mary Morrissey, Abraham Hicks, and Joe Dispenza.
In 2020, he launched his global online coaching business, focusing on spiritual and personal growth, as well as business growth mentoring.
The birth of Estepona Business Club in mid-2024 marked a significant shift in Ramin's business journey, transitioning from online coaching to passionately assisting business owners, alongside his partner Anne-Marie in Estepona, in growing and scaling local businesses.
Apart from his work life, his interests are relationship building, training, cooking, nature and travelling to new places.

Anne-Marie Simak
CEO & Co-Founder
Anne-Marie founded Estepona Business Club with Ramin in 2024. Although her work covers all aspects of what EBC do including visionary creative ideas, she specialises in High Impact Brand Messaging, ensuring the marketing message speaks to "Buyers" as well as to leadership and team development.
Anne-Marie, also from Sweden, worked and lived in London for almost 20 years before moving to Spain in 2018. She had a successful career in the fashion industry as a producer, hair &, makeup designer for well known UK magazines, established commercial brands, and music artists.
In 2018, she embarked on a new career as an online global Transformational Style and brand Coach after holding an internationally recognised coaching diploma.
Over the past 12 years, she invested significantly in education and training with business and mindset mentors, which gave her more insights and passion for business and leadership development.
Her interests outside work include connecting with new people, the gym, self-development, dancing, travelling, and diving.
